Sometimes life just gets heavy.
You might be carrying stress, anxiety, anger, or things from your past that haven’t really been dealt with. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite like yourself—and you’re not sure how to shift it.
My vision is to bring real life experience—the kind that comes from walking through both good and hard seasons—and combine it with professional training. I couldn’t imagine doing this work without those experiences. They allow me to genuinely understand what people are going through, not just from a textbook, but from life.
Personal counselling is a space where you can take a breath, talk honestly, and start making sense of what’s going on.
I take a practical, down-to-earth approach. No fluff, no judgement—just real conversations that help you understand yourself better and move forward. We’ll look at what’s happening right now, what’s shaped it, and what needs to change so things can feel more manageable again.
I also know the value of having someone in your corner.
Someone who believes in you—even when you’re struggling to believe in yourself.
Someone who doesn’t judge or criticise, but sees your strengths and your potential.
Someone who listens properly—with care, respect, and attention.
My role is to be that advocate for you.
That means offering maximum respect, genuine understanding, and a space where you feel valued. It’s not about telling you what to do—you already carry the answers within you. My job is to help you find them, trust them, and act on them.
Whether you’re dealing with something specific or just know things aren’t where you want them to be, this is a place to work it through.
