In 2022, I was facing an incredibly tough time in my life. I was running a family business while dealing with the emotional fallout of a painful breakup. The stress was overwhelming—I was having panic attacks, struggling with insomnia for 107 hours, and even lost 32 kg due to the toll it took on my health.

It got so bad that I ended up in the hospital with a heart issue related to stress. My kids were caught up in the chaos, and it felt like I was drowning in anxiety. During this dark period, I confided in a friend about my struggles, including a troubling thought I had about ending it all.
